MEP Toolbook Support

MEP Toolbook is a design-support calculator app for Utilities, HVAC/MVAC, Electrical LV, and Plumbing & Drainage engineering workflows, including free Electrical LV demand-current, running-cost, power-factor correction, voltage-drop, Plumbing & Drainage water-storage, and drainage-pipe tools.
Before Using Results
Verify all outputs against project requirements, applicable codes, standards, authority submissions, manufacturer data, and professional engineering judgment. MEP Toolbook does not provide third-party certification, authority approval, or professional sign-off.
Pro Subscription
MEP Toolbook Pro unlocks advanced calculators, local saved calculations, and export features. Subscriptions are purchased through Apple In-App Purchase and can be managed from the user's Apple ID subscription settings.
Restore Purchases
Use Restore Purchases in the Pro tab if an active subscription is not reflected in the app.
Saved Calculations
Saved calculations are stored locally on the device. The app has no account system and no backend sync.
Exports
Saved calculation exports are available as text, CSV, and PDF reports from saved-calculation detail screens.
Standards Profiles
The app uses the native MEP Toolbook SI calculation basis. ASHRAE current SI is the default HVAC/MVAC standards profile, and CIBSE Guide A is selectable where the app discloses the mapped basis or fallback status. Electrical LV and Plumbing & Drainage tools use user-entered project assumptions unless a source-governed authority or utility dataset is explicitly disclosed.
Issue Reports
When reporting an issue, include the app version, device model, iOS or iPadOS version, calculator name, input values, expected result or concern, and screenshots if helpful and safe to share. Do not send confidential project information unless it is necessary for support and cleared for sharing.
